Hope you all are doing well, a very happy dusshera and vijay dashmi to all of you. May goddess Durga brings wealth, peace and prosperity to you and your family. Today i am writing this post to laser some light on the mahatama gandhi medical college situated in mumbai and aurangabad (maharastra ). As we all know MGM is a well known medical college with a modern and sophisticated hospital facility, it has a good in-patient and out-patient flow. I will discuss few college details briefly.
MGM Mumbai & Aurangabad
Mahatma Gandhi Mission Institute of Health Sciences (MGMIHS), a premium medical institution and affiliated by MCI situated in the Indian State of Maharashtra, is part of Mahatma Gandhi Mission (MGM) trust established way long back in 1982. The trust aims at providing education, research and service for the welfare of mankind. The college has two branches, one in the financial capital of India, while the second in Aurangabad, just over 300 kms from Mumbai.
The college offers courses in MBBS as well as post-graduation over a numerous branches, some of which includes- MD in Anatomy, Biochemistry, General Medicine, Dermatology, Radiology, etc. and MS in General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, etc. The annual intake for MBBS stands at 150 for both the branches, while the number for Post-graduation varies accordingly.
The admission procedure includes an entrance test located over various test centers in India.
