I started this business with a budget of 5 lakhs indian rupees and with 6 labours in my office,Earlier it was very hard to get projects and efficient workers from the market.Then i applied a strategy,the workers used to switch their job very frequently.So i faced a serious problems in 2013,then i went to my native place Bihar and hired cheap labours on contract basis for one year.Thus my manpower issues got solved.Then i hired a brilliant guy,who use to roam all over the construction sites in bangalore and introduced my company to the project mangaers.Some showed interests some not,i was waiting for one big project and after a struggle for 2 nmonths i got a project from heeranandani builders.This was the oppurtunites i was waiting it was a complete regular work for one year.I earned a profit of 21 lakhs from that project.

1. Vacuum cleaners:- Used for vacuuming dust from sofa,bed,carpet and home,it can cost up to 40,000 to 1 lakh
2. scrubbing machine: it will cost up to 80k,used for floor cleaning
3. Multipurpose soap oil,mops,scotch pads,buckets,acids,carpet shampoo.
4. Manpower to do the cleaning job
5. vehicles to carry 10 to 15 labours at a time

Pros and cons of this business:

The only thing that you have to take care is about your manpower very efficiently.Sometimes the clients will delay in billing but hold onn,u will be paid for your work later or sooner.
